Dr. Michelle Black is a child of the Most-High God. She has been a member of Impact Church since 2009.   In 2015, she was called to serve as Christian Education Director.  Her ministry gifts include that of teaching, administration, leadership, and organization structure.  She is also an Education Consultant where she is best known for her Montessori expertise, classroom management and her ability to train teachers to create a peaceful environment where all children can learn.  Dr. Black believes love, kindness and implementation of structure is vital to student success.  Her motto is reach before you teach. Dr. Black was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in 2007 from Aldine ISD.  In addition, she received the “Extra Mile Award” on her campus from 2008-2014.  She has been a trainer for the Montessori Teacher Education Institute since 2012, where she also serves as a Board Member. Dr. Black also had the opportunity become a Premier Speaker through Appelbaum Training Institute during the pandemic.  This Training Center is the largest Early Childhood Training Center in the country.   Dr. Black believes one who seeks to teach should never cease to learn.  She has had the privilege to train thousands of teachers in both public and private school sectors.  However, her biggest love is teaching the Word of God!
