Director of Finance
Ebony Hill
Ebony Hill serves as the Director of Finance at Impact Church of The Woodlands. Her greatest title is servant. Ebony is married to Minister Luther Hill, and they have one son, DeMarcus. Her background includes various roles within finance. Ebony has experience as an Accounting Representative, an Auditor and a Budget Coordinator for the third largest district in Texas. She studied at Baton Rouge Community College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Outside of her church activities, Ebony enjoys exercising and attending sporting events with her husband and son. She also loves to travel and spend quality time with her family and close friends.
Director of Christian Education
Dr. Michelle Black
Dr. Michelle Black has been a dedicated member of Impact Church since 2009. Her ministry gifts encompass teaching, administration, leadership, and organizational structure. With a deep commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Black has served as an Instructional Coach for the Montessori Teacher Education Institute since 2012, where she also contributes as a Board Member. Her passion lies in teaching the Word of God and empowering others through Christian education.
Dr. Black has had the privilege of training thousands of teachers across public and private school sectors, sharing her expertise and dedication to educational excellence.

Youth Pastor
Vincent Piper
Vincent Piper Jr. is a faithful and passionate follower of Jesus Christ. He and his family joined Impact Church in 2020. Since joining, he has willingly served in various capacities such as, Youth and Co-Ed Bible Study Teacher, greeter, prayer team, and was recently given the opportunity to serve as Youth Pastor. He graduated from Lone Star College in 2023, attended College of Biblical Studies, currently studying Supply Chain Management at Sam Houston State University, and plans to pursue a Biblical Counseling degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Vincent has been married to his high school sweetheart (Gloria) for 16 years and they have four wonderful children – Tony, Alysha, Weston, and Caleb.

Ministry Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Tiffany Gregory
Tiffany Gregory is happily married and enjoys working at Impact Church of The Woodlands. After having joined the Impact Team she went from being part time to full time as a Ministry Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant in just a little over a year. She is very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with a great team and to be able to meet Impact Church of The Woodlands members and volunteers.
Tiffany is thankful that God has led her down a path to Impact Church of The Woodlands. Because of this she believes she is able to grow as a better person at work and in life. Tiffany feels as if things are heading in the direction in which God has planned for her.
Call Team Lead
Gwendolyn Pete
In 2019, Gwendolyn Pete was prayerfully searching for a church home when a friend recommended Impact Church of The Woodlands. After visiting and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere, powerful worship, and Christ-centered teaching, she and her husband felt a strong connection to the community. Within two months, they made the heartfelt decision to become members of the church.
Since joining, Gwendolyn has been an active and dedicated member, faithfully serving in the Food Pantry, Usher, and Call Teams. She chose these ministries because they allow her to interact with both members and guests, offering encouragement, hospitality, and a personal touch that reflects her love for people. Gwendolyn considers it a true honor to serve and views her involvement as a meaningful way to give back to the church that has become such an important part of her spiritual journey. Her commitment to serving with compassion and excellence is a reflection of her deep faith and love for community.
Music & Worship Director
Dr. Marquis Faison
Dr. Marquis Faison, a native of New York, accepted Christ in his youth and began preaching, playing instruments, and leading worship at just seven years old. A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, he ministered through music and preaching in seven countries across four continents. He is married to his best friend, Tiffany, and together they are raising three daughters and a son.
Dr. Faison has served the church in various roles, including Music Director, Worship Leader, Minister, Elder, Prophet, and now Bishop/Apostle and COO of Word Clinic International Ministries, Inc. He and his wife also founded Prophetic Sound Productions, a Christian media company. Academically, he holds a BA in English Literature, an MATS, an MDiv, and a DMin, and is currently pursuing a PhD at Liberty University. He has taught high school and university-level courses in English, history, theology, and apologetics.

Dr. Christopher McMillian uses his God-given gifts and talents to lead the Impact Church Choir with excellence and passion. A gifted musician and vocal coach, he brings a wealth of experience and a heart for worship that inspires others to honor God through music.

Cedric Patterson
Cedric Patterson is a dedicated and talented bass guitarist whose passion for music and heart for worship make him an integral part of the music ministry at Impact Church of The Woodlands. His commitment to excellence reflects his desire not just to play music, but to minister through it. Cedric serves with faithfulness, using his gifts to help lead others into a meaningful encounter with God.

Robert Jones
Robert Jones serves faithfully as the rhythm and acoustic guitarist at Impact Church of The Woodlands. With a heart for worship and a love for music, Robert brings a steady presence and uplifting spirit to every service. Robert’s passion for using his gifts to honor God is evident in both his musicianship and his commitment to the ministry. Whether strumming an acoustic set or locking in with the band, he plays with excellence, and a desire to glorify Christ through every chord.

Montrose Cunningham
Montrose Cunningham is a talented electric guitarist whose creativity and passion for worship are evident in every note he plays. As a key member of the worship team at Impact Church of The Woodlands, Montrose brings both technical excellence and spiritual sensitivity, helping to lead the congregation into meaningful and dynamic worship.
With a deep love for music and a heart devoted to God, Montrose uses his guitar to create rich, expressive sounds that enhance the worship experience. His commitment to both his craft and his calling makes him a valuable part of the Impact Church family.

Darrian Courtney
Darrian Courtney is a passionate and skilled drummer who serves faithfully on the worship team at Impact Church of The Woodlands. With a heart for worship and a deep love for music, Darrian brings energy, precision, and a spirit of excellence to every service.
His dynamic drumming helps set the rhythm and tone for powerful worship experiences, creating an atmosphere where people can freely praise and connect with God. More than just a musician, Darrian is a worshipper at heart—dedicated to using his gifts to glorify God and support the ministry of the church.

Shannon Davis
Shannon Davis is a gifted musician with a heart for worship and a passion for using his talents to glorify God. As a vital part of the music ministry at Impact Church of The Woodlands, Shannon brings both skill and spirit to every worship experience. His commitment to excellence and his sensitivity to the presence of God help create an atmosphere where people can encounter the Lord in a powerful way.
With years of experience in music and ministry, Shannon plays a key role in supporting the worship team and leading others into authentic praise. Whether through instrumental excellence or behind-the-scenes dedication, his service reflects a deep love for God and a desire to serve the local church with joy.
Media Ministry Lead
Dwight L. Whorton
Dwight L. Whorton is a gifted musician, educator, and music performance technician who brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the Media Ministry at Impact Church of The Woodlands. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Dwight has called the Houston area home since 1999.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Arts in Music Performance from Texas Southern University. In addition to his role at Impact Church, Dwight serves as a music instructor, choir director, and drama/musical director at Eagle Springs Elementary in Humble ISD.
With a passion for excellence and a heart for service, Dwight uses his gifts to enhance the worship experience and support the mission of the church through technology and the arts.

Pam Crawford
Pam Crawford brings a wealth of experience from the corporate world to her role on the Impact Church media team. She serves faithfully as a ProPresenter operator, helping to ensure our services run smoothly and are presented with excellence. Pam’s professionalism, reliability, and heart for ministry make her an invaluable part of our Sunday worship experience.

Roxana Butler brings years of experience as an educational leader to her role on the Impact Church media team. She currently serves as a ProPresenter operator, helping ensure our worship services are produced with excellence and professionalism each week. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality make her a valuable part of our team.
Lighting Technician
Ryan Cleveland
Ryan Cleveland faithfully serves on the production team. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Ryan brings both technical skill and a heart for service to every Sunday.
A passionate sports fan—especially of the Washington Commanders—Ryan enjoys supporting special events at the church and is always ready to lend a helping hand. He also loves greeting members and guests with warmth and kindness as they walk through the doors, making everyone feel welcome and at home.
